This authentic farmhouse from 1800 is situated between Prémery and Chateauneuf Val de Bargis, 20 minutes drive from Charité sur Loire with its pretty castle. The owners have renovated the farmhouse with plenty of taste and an eye for detail. This charming farmhouse is 35 meters long and is situated on a piece of ground measuring 3.5 ha. The first floor of the farm house with its own entrance and its own garden is at your disposal. The house owners who are very friendly, live on the ground floor of the farm house and have got their own entrance too. This area has a lot to offer. An excursion along quiet country roads is almost certainly something special to see. There are remote churches and chapels everywhere as well as charming villages. Nature lovers can also completely come into their own here. It is an area where you can have a great time walking and fishing. There are great wine towns, e.g. Sancerre and Puilly-Fume 30 km from a great recreation- and fishpond Etang du Merle. Its a must.
