Pretty duplex apartment (150 m2) located in Side/Manavgat, in the holiday development Side Hill, ca. 1.2 km from the beach. Your holiday home has 2 floors (2nd and 3rd floors) and is therefore very spacious. From your holiday home you will have sea views and views on the nearby woods. You can use the communal facilities of the holiday complex, such as a large communal swimming pool, kids' pool, garden, various terraces and fitness room. The beaches of Side are 1.2 km away and are easily accessible by beach bus.
There are various attractions in the proximity of the holiday home: the ancient town of Side (2 km) with temples and amphitheatres, waterfalls (Manavgat). The golf courses of Belek are a ca. 20 minutes' drive away.
