Holiday in Israel – there are at least three reasons to speak about a vacation in Israel. The first reason is that one can stay in the Holy Land where the traces of their religion meet. The main objective of this group is the city of Jerusalem where the Christian, Jewish and Muslim shrines meet. The major Christian villages are the Buried church and the Via Dolrosa on which the visitors can follow the last day in the Jesus life. A great number of tourists in Israel visits Jewish and Islamic monuments. The Western Wall of the former temple is very important for Judaism. Non-Jews must also pray in it. Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aksa-Moschee on the Temple Mount also invite tourists to visit. Another religiously significant city is the city of Nazareth where Jesus spent his childhood. But a visit to the Nativity Church in Bethlehem is not always possible due to the political reasons.

The second reason to make a trip to Israel is the beach vacation. You should go to Tel Aviv where you will find not only perfect beaches but also a vibrant night life. Besides, there are many numerous galleries that always invite tourists. Other popular seaside resorts are Haifa and Acre.

The third reason for a holiday in Israel is health. A stay at the Dead Sea promises relief for many diseases including primarily the high salinity of the Dead Sea.

You needn’t book in advance your accommodation in Israel. Besides, tourists can stay at a hotel or in a cottage.
