Stallone and Willis will act in a film in Bulgaria

Several major Hollywood stars arrive in Bulgaria for the shooting in several projects on the basis of the Bulgarian studio Nu Boyana. Among the gods of Hollywood, who intend to act in Bulgaria, are such celebrities as Bruce Willis, Jamie Foxx and Sylvester Stallone. Portal Sofia Echo announced it with the reference to the Director of the studio David Varodi.

Bulgaria, along with Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary, has become an attractive region for Hollywood producers, mainly due to lower prices for the rental of film studios and low rates of staff salaries. The savings is about 50%. This fact was the main reason for the Hollywood film studio Nu Image decision in January 2010 to acquire the property of the Bulgarian film studio Boyana. Today, to make a film in Bulgaria is cheaper than in Prague and Budapest.

Currently, the studio Nu Boyana is shooting a large-scale fantasy blockbuster "Conan". Filming is under way in different parts of Bulgaria. As the decorations are also used attractions of the famous resort of Varna.

Also in Bulgaria is currently shot another movie, which promises to be another blockbuster. The film is called "Kane and Lynch". The success is guaranteed by Bruce Willis and Jamie Foxx, who perform the main roles in the film.

Sylvester Stallone also has an eye on Bulgaria. The Hollywood star plans to shoot here another episode of the famous series of Rembo. It is expected that shooting of the fifth part of Rembo start in Bulgaria is the nearest fall. As noted by Sofia Echo, in preparation for filming Stallone has already visited Bulgaria, where he held talks with Director of Studio David Varod and current Prime Minister of Bulgaria (at the time of the visit he was the mayor of Sofia) Boyko Borisov.
