In Madrid starts the International Fashion Week

On February 4, 2010 in Spain starts one of the Europe’s major fashion events - the International Fashion Week in Madrid SIMM 2010. The International Fashion Week is the event that first of all is organized for the fashion industry representatives, who according to the tradition will show here their novelties. The International Fashion Week is held twice a year in Madrid. Current event will be the first in this season. At the event will be presented the most fashionable trends of this summer.
The International Fashion Week will be held on the territory of one of the biggest exhibition centers of Madrid – IFEMA. The organizers hope that this time they will be able to overcome the success of previous year. The week held from 16 to 18 of July 2009 in Madrid included 490 fashionable brands, 330 of which were Spanish. Among the most active participants of the event were also Russian and Ukrainian companies. The total number of participants was more than 6000 specialists.
This time the main exposition of the exhibition will be located in the pavilions number 12 and 14. The exposition of the 12 pavilion will be divided into several themes: romantic fashion, classic fashion, natural materials fashion and wool fashion. In the 14 pavilion will be presented young designers. In addition, here will be possible to order the trial lot of clothes. In the 14 pavilion will be also opened the press-centre of the exhibition. The showings of new collections, man fashion and world’s leading fashion brands will be presented in the hub pavilion that unite the 12 and 14 pavilions.
