Turkey under Water

The best Turkish resorts has faced serious problems recently. It has been raining cats and dogs there for three days already. In some regions the water level exceeds one meter. Many of the best Turkish resorts are under water. Bodrum and Marmaris suffered from the flood greatly - more than 300 of houses were flooded.

Bad weather did harm not only to the citizens of many resorts cities. Many drivers suffered, too as they were not ready for so bad weather. Because of floods they were trapped on the roads.

The weather conditions in Turkey are so bad as that life savers in some cases can’t to get to people who need their help in time.

The natural disaster did much harm to Turkish economy but the local authorities say that they will be able to restore everything before the next tourist season starts.
